At Learn To Surf LA, we’re passionate about sharing our love of surfing with students of all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re an experienced surfer or a newcomer, come to the best of the Venice Beach surf schools and we’ll have you improving your abilities in no time.

Our Venice Beach surf lessons come in two main categories:

• Private lessons: for surfers age 5 and up who want to benefit from the undivided attention of our expert instructors

• Surf Camp: for kids and teens between the ages of 5 and 17, held annually during Spring Break and Summer Break

We also offer affordable Surf Equipment Rentals, Private Classes for Companies and Groups, and Stand-Up Paddle Board Classes for students seeking a fun and interesting alternate way to enjoy the waves.

We provide all the surfing equipment and safety gear you’ll need.

Just bring a few beach basics and you’ll be ready to go!

No matter which of our Venice Beach surf lessons you sign up for, you won’t have to worry about bringing along any surf gear. Just pack some sunscreen, bring a bathing suit, grab some bottled water and show up with your beach towel.
